Is mastubartion good or bad i see it has a way of loosen up the tension.

i see nothing wrong with it. Its a normal act and enjoyable to many so I dont see any reason why not to do it. Many find it a good way to settle down and rest at ight ,to leave stress, it can also help cramping and other pains because of a chemical that is given off in the brain when you do

i guess it depends on hw often u do it,once maybe thrice a week is ok more then that is bordering on a huge prob. bt i guess a tug here or there doesn't hurt
