...How many people make their gifts for Christmas? What do you make and for how long have you been doing it?
...Have you ever gotten a gift that was homemade and could not tell what it was? My sister got a dough doll one year from her mother-in-law. It was very sad looking.
...For several years now, I have been beading ball gowns for ornaments. I was not going to do it one year and my ex-mother-in-law had kittens thinking she wasn't going to get one. Now, it is expected.
...Enjoy and peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della

Sometimes I make christmas presents. Most recently I knitted my mother an afgan and my niece a hat and scarf. I do not think I will have time this year to make christmas presents, because I am busy cross-stitching a baby blanket for my niece's new baby. I do enjoy making things.

I do make some gifts, it depends on who I'm giving it to though. I know some who really enjoy handmade more then others, who probably would not use it. I've made jewelry (earrings, necklaces, and bracelets) and I've done some crochet, I've made hats, scarves, and differnt blankets.

My mom makes the ugliest things. My sisters and I fight over who has to take the gift. We pass the ugly gift around. WE have loads of fun passing the ugly gifts to each other. I know that is mean but we do not tell mom.
I canned this year and that is what is going to be my christmas gifts. I will be buying some small gifts for children maybe clothes so I do not poison them with lead.
