I wanted a different name when I was little because nobody ever said my name the right way and that annoyed me. Now, I am fine with the name I have. People still say it wrong but I don't let it bother me anymore. Most of the time I don't even correct them.

I would not change my name. I like my name the way it is though it was not always like that. I did not like my name when I was younger because of kids teasing me because of my name and nationality. I think changing my name would make my parents feel bad so that would be another reason not to change my name. There are some very interesting and unique names out there.

Ytart! I never knew that. ^__^;; it sounds, like an aeta eating tart. LOL just kidding ran. *peace*
well, I'm okay with my name although before I used to get annoyed because its too long. actually I still get annoyed and embarrassed sometimes because of it length. ^__^;; and then it would give me trouble because of the double letters! ^.^ but of course, I love it too and I haven't met or found anyone with a name exactly the same as mine. ^__^
but if I were to change it, I would pick a greek name like mnemosyne or something from greek mythology. ^__^ or anything unique and unusual. I also like the name Luna (heh! true-blue sailormoon fan. LOL), claudia and sophia. but I wouldn't settle for a singe name, I would like two names. ^__^

Hello lezliechan. Im pretty happy with my name now,but when I was young I always wanted to change my name. You have a nice nickname there. Nice meaning too. My nickname isn't that bad, but I dont like people calling me that. My nickname is Erk. My sister thought of that. Its short for erica. They say its unique.

If I had to change I'd change to Natalie, but I am quite satisfied with my name so I don't think I'd want to change it.

I got my name after my grandmothers (Ann Mary) but I always liked the name Magdalene (it sounds better in my native language than in english:P) I'm a catholic so I could choose my name for Confirmation (don't know if you know what it is^_^'' It's something like an affirmation that your faith is mature). So I choosed Magdalene:P I know it's not valid in my ID but thanks to that i don't have to think what if I could change my name, because I simply added the one I wanted to the list;)

hmm if i were to change my name it will be 'meian nicole'...i love the name 'nicole'...
its not that i dont like my name because it is only too short..a four letter and a common name used by both male and female but i was amazed when i knew what really the true meaning of my name..its the combination of my father and my mothers' name..
so the name what i wanted to will be the name of my future daughter..hehehe..uu

My name is Eftychia which in greek means Happiness. I should be happy about that but actually I don't like it very much because it's like I should find happiness in everything I do just because my name says so! When I was born, my parents had to make a choice between three names: Eftychia (happiness), Sofia (wisdom) and Irene (peace). I surely would choose the second one which is a much nicer name and with a better meaning. But I wasn't the one that had to choose..
