Height of a person increases with the increase of age. When a person reaches to 18 years his height becomes stable and increase in it stops here for his or her life time period. Exercise in young age plays a positive role in increasing the height of a person. Skipping, jumping, and hanging are few of them. Hanging is the best enough, but the must be the body growing i.e. below 18 years. You should use medicine after consulting the qualified Doctor and also start the exercise as per advise of the specialist.

I would not worry about your height it is a family hand me down something to cherish your height is part of you that makes you special it makes you see the world in a different light as others do not worry about being taller worry about being happy with you and being the best you possible Good luck and you look fine I am sure.have a super day.

Well, if you are a Woman you can wear heels, that is theonly thing I know, that you can do.
