Hello there, I know this might sound stupid to all experienced on here, but could you tell e how do I change the picture next to my username. Do I upload pic first and than select what I want to do with it?!

No this is not stupid we all have to get help at the start, you have to go into "edit your preferences" on the left menu and upload avatar from your files, welcome to Mylot hope you enjoy your stay, have fun.
