Faulty Source for War in Iraq Revealed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to post this topic twice already. Each time it seems to get lost in cyberspace. I will type it all again seeing how I can't copy and paste yet.
"The Source" was a man by the name of Rafid Alwan. To make this story short, this man, in order to get asylum in Germany and escape punishment for a crime he committed in Iraq, fabricated the lie of the century. His story about being in charge of a facility that made weapons of mass destrustion was proved to be false and was the information that this government went to war based on. And even when this administration was warned that there were wholes in his story... Bush still went to war. Thousands of American and thousands of Iraqis have died and continue to die for what?
One man's asylum and another man's business buddies wealth.

I don't even know where to begin with my disgust on this issue. No one bothered to verify this information and when our government was told that there were wholes in his story... it was ignored.
So my question is... how much do you trust our government? And what do you think about this story?

this was NOT the only information we went to war on. In fact, we went to war on the information form the intelligence from SEVEN different countries. There were many other reasons but the media has been so hyper focused on that issue because it was the only thing we were wrong about. ever other reason was there and Clinton set the wheels in motion when he made removal of sadam husien official government policy.

Where are the? who knows. We were in all likely hood wrong about them or at least the ammount.
However, what we weren't wrong about was this...
they were in fact firing on our planes on a dail basis.
They were in fact squandering oil revenue on government and starving the shia.
saddam did in fatc kill litteraly millions of his own people.
saddam was in fact meeting or hosting a few al quieda members, )al zarquoui) And even calling in al quieda associated groups to hwlp keep the shia population under control
