Not only optimal brain development also the amino acid levels of fish helpful to baby and mother. Also estrogen levels can be kept up by eating fish varieties.

Source of Protein is good.
Fish, especially salmon, contains of nutritions like omega-3, this will help the brain to growth much better than not consuming omega-3.
But do you think 12 ounces of fish and seafood per week not too much?

hi, i also like eat seafood .we all know that our body can get many from the seafood . but i don't think the seafood can take place of our usual food.we need different food to get nutritive material.we also should pay attention to our usual food.i think.
