is cell phone good for children or not?

Nowadays cell phone is very popular in our life, which is convenient for us to communicate with others. but in our country, i found many parents bought cell phones to their childen, even they are just pupil or middle school student, do you think this done is good for them to grow up?

Yes, we should allow our children to use cell phone to communicate with us. But they should know how to use cell phone. Some time they are very interested and excited by getting a cell phone and try to contact all the time by wasting their reading time. some time they will use it to make a relationship with a girl or noisy boys. I have seen some of them try to call with friends at late night. The other option bad thing is use of long duration calls are very harmful for children, even for all of us. If any one call upto 15 minutes is not much harmfull. After 15 minutes the digital radiation of the call damaging cell of our brain. So let our children know how to proper use of cell phone and avoid long duration call.
