the unfortunated life in our family

My family are very unfortunated this year. my father is badly but still has to work, i do not want to he work and want him has a good rest,but i do not have the abiltiy,. My younger brother is still a student and just enter into college several months ago, and I just graduated a short time and have not received my frist salary yet. I can not help my family. what's more my gradfather was illed again and even worse than my father. I do not know how to help my family, I fell very helpless. I love my family, I wihs every one of them happy and healthy. but the fact turns out to be the oppsited.
