if you given a chance to do something what it is?

If i can win a lotto 1 million bucks, i will study in other country, perhaps proceed medicine and surgery, somewhere in US. I wanna buy tours package for my mom,dad, and grandmas. I will buy new car for my sister... and pay my cousin's tuition. If i have much money, i have many chances to help others...

If i will be given a chance to have a scholarship and that scholarship will be going to foreign countries to study international technology, not that international but modern technology, i will grab it. i will not waste a second of my life to go and grab it. I want to explore the world and at the same time to continue to study modern technology so i can use it also in my country. I wish someone could hear me out and help this dreams to happen.

It is to get thusands of dollars from internet. The chance has come but money did not come. I think it will come in due course.
