ACCORDING TO THE UN'S GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT OUTLOOK
HUMANITY AND OTHER LIFE forms are at a risk!
land and marine are needed to absorb the waste and regenrate what is being consumed...at 21.9 hectares per person as against earth's capacity of 15.7 hectares per person is not curbed, all would be lost....
DO you feel the changes of environment have reached us now???
POPULATION AND POLLUTION HAVE OUT NATURE....
ARE WE AT VURGE OF DYING???

Yes personally I have felt the effects of Global Warming. Living in the New England area it has been noticed by me that our summers are getting hotter and hotter and hotter and our winters milder. And if you watch the news it is happening all over the globe. Mother Earth is fighting back with more sever storms, earth quakes, sunamis, typhoons, hurricanes, our high tides have risen over a foot in just the last few years. Beach errosion is a great concern in the area which I live in. If we do not do something very soon we will be going the way of the dinasour.

We must really bring up such topics more often so as to remind each other of our share of work in sharing our species.
Take Care
God Bless YOU

Yeah... I think we need to force people into it, I think having a no car day would help, and also a tree planting day when everyone is supposed to plant trees and a good plantation spot. Also people must have put proper garbage disposal spots and with everything they buy they must get a reminder coupon or even a reminder on the package reminding them to not to waste anything and use them in the best possible way.

Yeah and I really hope that people like You and Me are working now for the stabilization. We must always keep on doing our bit of work.

Well in normal life I actualy doesn't feel any change around me related to global warming..!!
BUt yes news are telling me how the ice at our poles are melting away and some parts of asia going under water too!!
People need to open up their eyes to see this global warming. We should not wait till we see it by our own eyes because then it will be too late to take any actions..!!
People please start using CFL bulbs and use fuels as less as much as you can.
Save The World.

Just look around... you might get to see some changes and feel them as well, like the weather this year. It has been very dynamic, hotter that ever during the summers and even the autumn started well before its normal days.
Any ways I am sure that if we don't curbe our miss use we will feel the symptoms much more physically and more often.
Take Care And God Bless YOU

I think we are a dying and sick planet. If we don't act fast we won't last very long as a species or the planet at large. I am hoping to start an environment blog to bring more awareness into the world about the environment and how we can all do our little bit to help.

Ya we must all put a combined effort to save our planet or else I don't think we will last long enough. All of us must take of our garbage and all the pullution that we spread by regular usage of our cars etc. Also all of us must start planting more trees. That would help us a little.

You know, it's not bad to progress, but let us not sacrifice our planet for this advancement. We have so many ways that we could do in order for this to lessen the effect of global warming. Carbon emission from burning coal is the leading cause of global warming. Mining processing and transporting of coal damages the environment. SO since we already know some major causes, let us do our share to refrain from doing all these that contribute to global warming.

Yes, in my area, south China, the winter is getting shorter and warmer, the spring comes earlier than that five years ago. I doubt that whether the winter will disappear 10 years later if we are not alert the severe environmental problem and do not take action right now.
