If u was paid so late

An employee depends on his salary for survival. Any late payment might cause much suffering especially when he needs money badly. As a boss if he is making profit it is fair for him to pay salary to his workers in time. If occasionally due to excepted reason he pays the workers late is still considered to be reasonable. If he always pays late like your case it could be due to his habit of procrastination. Of course I will feel unhappy if I were paid late often. I will approach him and demand for payment punctually.

Our boss pays us late every month. It seems that it is already his habit. I don't think it's good anyway. He is very rich and he won't care about money. But he likes to pay us late. There is no way to change it, as well as it is impossible to change a person's character. We have to stand it as long as we have to work here.
