is it unfair to not ask gangily for captaincy?

i think its really unfair,bcoz he has still potential to lead our team to victory.he is senior nd he has done that in past
look aussies,they have a well formed manner to make captain nd to give them exit
none of thier captain has ever played under any others belt
waugh took responsibility when taylor got retired,as well as ponting when waugh retired
this make there team to perform good as per every captains way
but in team india there is different case
dhoni is leading almost four captain
wat do you say?

Yes its unfair.Ganguly is one among the senior member in the team.He also has most test victories as captain abroad.GANGULY was the most aggressive captain of INDIA.

No, its not unfair. To lead indian cricket team its bear a lot of pressure. Ganguly is playing well for the reason that he is not the captain. how he was expelled from the indian cricket team all know. So it was right.

You are right buddy, i also think the same. Why didnt they asked Ganguly for the captaincy? although Ganguly has proven himself as the best captain for Indian cricket team uptil now. I dont know why BCCI opted fot Sachin Tendulkar when it comes to captaincy. I mean to say Ganguly is much better choice and he have more experience as a captain than Sachin tendulkar.......
I think Ganguly fits perfectly in this field...

i think its too bad not to give a chance to ganguly because of the following reasons
1.he has been the most successful captain india has ever seen
2.he is one of the senior most players in the team
3.its really unfair to burden up dhoni with both one day and test captaincy back to back
4.also ganguly's experience is going to play a major role in captaincy
5.i dont think dhoni is as aggresive as ganguly because ganguly is much more attacking than dhoni

ganguly has proven his credetial as a leader and his record as captain is enough to tell the story.really if his not selected ,then an insult is inflicted on him.

I know Ganguly has still the captaincy leadership and match winning strategies left in him but i think it was right not asking ganguly for capaining indian team because now recently he has made a strong comeback. We should not disturb him. In past he was expelled from his team because of his form,nevertheless all was going right for him.Ganguly is a kind of player which always concentrate on that work which is given to him whether other things go wrong but he get the desired result. It's OK for him.

i think this is just an excuse to escape from,bcos if its really so than that day is not far when we will see dhoni not batting well as he is used to,why? bcoz of burden and disturbance
