I think that the biggest preventative factor to Global Warming is improving and creating public transport.Since carbon emissions from domestic vehicles are a huge problem, i think there needs to be a lot more opportunity for people to use public transport, and it needs to be comprehensive, reliable and efficient. I also think that the onus is on developed countries to find solutions, as they are the vast majority of contributors and developing countries need to concentrate on improving areas such as education and agriculture.
