How to make delicious pasta sauce at home?

I picked this recipe up from 30 minute meals... saute onions and minced garlic in olive oil. add two cans of diced tomatoes i buy the ones at Aldis for 45 cents a can. simmer until your pasta is ready. My family prefers this over expensive store bought sauces.

the most simplest recipe of pasta sauce: 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup tomato ketchup finely chopped coriander leaves few basil leaves 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum a tsp of finely grated cheese method: sauteginger garlic paste in a pan,then add capsicum and cook for a while,then app puree ,cook and add ketchup ,and at last add coriander and basil ,you can also add seasoning acc to ur taste,finally mix boiled pasta and sprinkle cheese.
