army wives

the military can sometimes take a toll on all us army wives. we have our husbands home one day and get the call the next that they are leaving again. i've been an army wife for almost four years and this is his second deployment in those four years. we've had a year and a half as a couple doing normal things, but then the call comes in and he's gone again. it's hard sometimes because i miss him so much and i'm raising three children on my own, but it's so worth it because my husband and i have a very special relationship, a love that cannot be broken through distance or anything else. we all have to be strong and sometimes it's not as bad as some people make it out to be. I love being married to a solider. It's really difficult and frusterating but for the most part it's great. You definately have to have a back bone and be able to stand on your own two feet. But it's great. Do you have like a more specific question about being a military wife.
