Recently, a lot of people or friends told me that it is so hard to find a job. Just only because a sample reason, that is they are male, not female. I know such a thing is ridiculous, but it is a truth in China now. So I spent so much time to Think it out, but didn't work. So If you offer a job for the people who are looking for, what kind of person do you choose? Male or Female? Why?
