i wanted to buy a notebook and one colleague of my girlfriend recommended his former classmate who are now trading with PC. It's truly that he gave me the lowest price of all my inquires. i was, at that time, feeling satisfied and happy. But when i got my notebook and showed it to others, one of them checked it for me and told me that it was a secondhand machine! He suggested me to check the operation time of the disk to confirm this result. i went to the seller directly, and told him the suspect. he just avoid the responsibility saying that he was uninformed of it. at last, he changed a new one for me.
since he is a so-called acquaintance to me, i don't want to ask him for compensation, but it's very disappointing.
In short, keep careful at any time.

People can be very deceiving when it comes to business... i had a very bad arguement with a person who sold me a second hand laptop... then only to find out that the charger was defective... i tried to get the right charger from him but he would always say that he doesn't have it yet... it came to a point that i had to buy the right charger and asked him for a refund...
He said he will only give me the refund if i will return the wrong charger to him... when i did return it... he was so furious at me because it was damaged and he demanded the money back... i did not give it to him...

Sometimes we have to argue with such a seller; it's our right, although we customers don't like such a method.
