What show do you wish was still on the air?

I just found out that Gilmore Girls was cancelled and I really liked that show. I also really like X Files and then that was taken off the air, allbeit it was a while ago.
Are there any shows that you miss on television and would like to see come back?

These are the shows that i would certainly love to see again...
1. Buffy the Vampire Slayer... or they can do a spin off on Willow...
2. Angel... i would like to know what happened to Illyria...
3. Ally Mac Beal... did she at last find true love...
4. The Practice... i love all those legal drama...

I loved Buffy. They should bring that one back. I think it may even have a big following now then we it was on TV because of the DVD sales.

I wish they had Firefly. It's a really good show that takes place in the future. People have migrated from Earth and are setting up civilizations all over the universe. A war had taken place in the past between the Alliance, which is the ruling group of planets (which are more technologically advanced) and the Independents, who didn't want to be a part of the alliance (a bit like America's version of the confederates, minus the slavery).
The show is about a group of space thieves, some of which were Independents in the war (the Independents lost, by the way). Others include a young boy and his 17 year old sister - a psychic girl who the Alliance had been doing experiments on so that they could make her into a weapon. They all go around the universe trying to make money where they can while avoiding the Alliance and a race of cannibalistic and extremely violent "humans" named Reavers.
Most people don't know about it (thus the explanation), but it's a really good show. It never made it past the first season, though. There weren't enough viewers. It's sad really - they ended the season with a really good cliffhanger, and now I'll never get an answer to all those questions I had during the first season.

I didn't watch Firefly but it sounds really good. It may have been one of those shows that's just too good for TV.

Mama's Family

But I have the box set of Gilmore Girls - just got Season 7 this week! ANd VHS of all the mama's familys so this writers strike won't particualry bother me any! I also have the compelte set of I Love Lucy, Season 1 of Here Come the Brides! I'd rather post here than watch any of the current shows - dont' think there are any worth watching. To much cime, s_x and violance on all of them to have any kind of interesting story line.
