This guy thought that the tattoo is going to make him the most famous person in the whole world. Until he landed in jail because of the same tattoo and he became the most famous person in jail.

Not because of the tattoo but he was sentensed for "indecent exposure" heheheeeeeeeeeee..... he was caught walking shirtless.

Haha thats so sweet! I bet it cost a fortune to get. People with tats all over their body have invested so much time and money into it, its impressive. Hopefully he's happy
