Yes, I have noticed it also, its quite silly in an international forum..But I suppose they only limit their responses that way..

I dont see that as an issue or as a problem at all. People can target whomever they want as long as it is in a good way. If we cant address a group of people that 90% of the discussion will not have been made. There is always someone that is going to be left out .

Yes and it really cheeses me off because it makes it difficult to participate when discussions are only aimed in one direction at a particular group of people.

because there are more members of mylot who are under people category, and as i've learned here at mylot they say you can gain more response as you open a discussion under people or life category. but in my opinion it depends on the discussion you opened. if mylot members thinks it is a interested discussion then you will get more response whether it is other people or not.

What do you mean? which category of people are you talking about here? Me I know discusions are posted here for anyone with a mylot id and password to comment on. I have not seen any one addressed to any category of people. Please give more details and I will be back. Thank you.

I think that when you post a discussion you just automatically pick a catagory that most describes your subject and has the most people that would respond to it as members. "People" has a lot of members subscribed to it so that is probably why a lot of discussions go in that catagory.

Mylot is a forum which has members from all over the world and I do not see any categorisation of discussion or categorisation of any members here. I also do not see any sort of discrimination. I really fail to understand what you are trying to say. Can you please be more specific and explanatory?
