can anyone tell me what is the best way to loose weight ?

The best way to lose weight and it really works for me is Tae Boxing. Because you do a lot of movements. And very good exercise to. At first you find it hard and painful next mornng but you have to get use to it. Here's a fact: After I gave birth to my Son I weighed 176lbs..when I do taeboxing at home in just three moths believe it or not Im back to my figure and down to 90lbs. What a jump you see because I exercise constantly. And one more thing that could help you my friend is Dancing while you are doing some household chores or cooking.. Dance Dance Dance to the groove and move your body.. After all It is only you can see and laugh on yourself. You do it if you really want to lose weight. Walking - a pace counter
I personally had tried, I did not manage to loose much weight, but at least it helps me to maintain a constant weight for the past 3 years. I used a pedometer to keep track of the number of steps that I made in a day. The target was 10,000 per days but on an average I made only about 7000 steps, I will walk around the house till I made the 10,000 steps before going for my shower, then to bed. This method has help me to have a constant weight for past 3 years

I find a combination of a good exercise program and calorie counting to be the best way for me to loose weight. A good site to check out is calorie-count.com. Their services are free and they can help you with tips and support to loose weight in a healthy manner. Good Luck.

Hi,wildchap.Are you really very fat?If you are not very fat,I advise you not to loose weight,because loosing wight maybe hurt your health.Of course,if you stick to loose wieght,there are many ways to loose weight.In my opinion,I think taking exercise is the most important,such as jogging,playing badminton,swimming,etc.You can try them and choose one that you like the most.
