bogus seller

my sad experience with ebay is when i purchase a cellphone to ebay seller which i have to give to my wife on her birthday and after sending the money the seller did not contacted me anymore. this made my wife got mad with me. i just accepted her angry besides its me to blame. i did not checked the seller carefully.

you should also report this to e-bay becuase it reflects bad on the company and they do not like that. plus it's also considered theft and i'm sure they have rules and regulations in their bylaws against that sort of thing. at the very least they should not let him "sell" anymore stuff. Personally i think that they should also refund you your money. good luck.

thanks for your advice. however, problem is, i made a transaction outside ebay regulations. i did not bid on the item, instead i contacted the seller and we had negotiation to pull out the item and i'll just buy it direct to her. i dont think this kind of transaction will be honored by ebay.
