Jsut wondering if anyone knows of any scholarships or private loan institions that will approve a loan for someone with bad credit...

Scholarships are no credit based. You just have to apply for them. Sign up for an account on www.fastweb.com and you will have more scholarships than you ever wanted to apply for.
