Do you have both Dogs *and* Cats?

Hi gwendovere! Oh, we only have two dogs and I don't think they can co-exist with cats harmoniously because everytime our neighbors cat strolls around our yard, they chase her. Their barks are really scary which makes me think that they really want to get a bite of her. That is why, we really don't get cats. Sigh! I have seen pictures of cats and dogs cuddled together and it is really sweet and beautiful. Take care and have a nice day.

Up until a couple of years ago I have always had dogs and cats and never had to separate them. Many time they have cuddled together to sleep especially if the weather gets cool.

We used to have both, but now we just have dogs. But they got along pretty well. One cat would play with the dogs but the other wanted no part of them and would hiss at them so they just left her alone. Never had a major skirmish, though.

No we only have cats and thats enough for me.LOL I couldnt be bothered wondering if they are going to get hurt. So I stick to cats and sometimes they even fight.LOL

We do have both. One dog and 8 (!) cats. The dog tolorates the cats pretty well. She can't stand the one all white one for some reason but other than that she's more indifferent to them, neither overly nice or mean. A dog we used to have would curl up with the cats and the kittens would try to nurse from her. She never seemed to mind.

No, we don't have both cat and dog. I think some dogs are sweet but it is nice only to see for me. I am not use to it around animal. it is nice to see but not to have them :)
