New Album

I think Absolution was the best album to date. Whilst I enjoyed Black Holes, I don't think it had the edge that Absolution gave.
Anyone any thoughts on new material? Should they go back to the harder edge stuff or even back to the Origins style?

I kind of have to agree with you. I think, in a way, Black Holes was kind of experimental. They kind of seemed to be testing out a new direction. And of course, I enjoyed it, but because of this, it might not have been as fully developed as a concept.
But Absolution... that was a great CD. Crap, I just don't know now. I've confused myself thinking about it. I love their new stuff, and I thoroughly enjoy their old stuff as well... I just love them as a band. Anything they produce sounds amazing.
