What if they were all legal?

What if drugs were all legal? What if they were in the hands of the government, and not the gangs? How much of a problem would they be? If drugs were illegal, the only thing they would do is make it not as fun to adrenaline junkies, and take the crime away from it. If it was in the hands of businesses, and not gangs, there would be less drug-related murders. What do you think?
