I am about 10 weeks pregnant I think and I have already gained about 15 lbs and its freaking me out.
I wanna start exercising and stay in shape
I cant afford to join a gym I want to do this from home
Do you have any suggestions for safe exercises that I can do from home ? ?

The easiest way is to just walk for a minimum of 30 minutes a day - it's not strenuous or anything & is what you're supposed to do daily anyway - if you have a dog, that's an even better reason!
Also, swimming is an excellent form of exercise & being in water - it's completely low impact making it one of the best forms you can do :)
Try checking for local pools that are open, then go to something like that, they aren't usually expensive or anything so that might help :)

i totally forgot about the pool but i totally loved it when i was pregnant. especially if i was have back/leg/all over body pain. the pool helped ease my entire body. i didn't really swim laps (not that great a swimmer) but loved "walking in water) it was also a mild resistance/strength training.

The best resource I found was online. A really good one is babycenter.com. also your doctor will be able to help with that as well. the best ones to do are walking - to keep your heart and cardiovascular system healthy, stretching - they even have books on doing yoga while pregnant at the libraries.
