Do you cut the size tags off your clothes or leave them on the clothing??

I only cut the size tag out of my clothes if the tag is bothering me while I am actually wearing the clothes. Other than that I leave them alone. I have only had to cut the tag out of a few shirts and never the pants.

One of my pet peeves. HAHAHAHA! I hate the tags as some can be very annoying making the back of my neck itch like mad. I cut them off only if and when they cause this itchiness. Sometimes I've cut too far and cut the neck ruining the shirt doing it in such a hurry. HAHAHA!! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

I prefer to leave them. I like to see the size and how to wash the garment so I leave them on.

Yes but not because i don't want anyone to know what size i wear,some people do it for that reason, but im not a large person so that does not matter to me..I cut all the tags out of most of my blouses and tops because they scratch my neck and cause it to itch...I always leave the tags on when it comes to my jeans because they don't seem to bother me...

It depends. Some tags are really annoying and they irritate the back of my neck. But for the most part I leave them in. But, what I love nowadays there is usually clothing made with the tagless tag. Where they put all the letter and words on the tag on the inside of the shirt. I love those. They make it so much easier.

I usually leave the tags on but yes, if it is very itchy Ill cut them off!

I usually keep them on, because I have cut tags off in the past which have had the information about how to wash them! I actually put a garment in the wrong wash cycle and it shrunk it was an expensive item too! I guess you learn the hard way, unless the tag is annoying then I will leave it on.

The tags on clothing are so annoying. Why do we need to leave them on? Do we need to remind ourselves what size we wear or how to launder the item? But often times when they are removed the dang collar curls up and that is bothersome too.

hi peanutjar! ^__^ i don't remove them. it doesn't give me the itch so it's okay for me for it to stay there. the only problem is sometimes it peeps out of the dress and everyone can see it. if you have a large size you'll probably get a few grins. LOL

I cut my tags off before I wear my clothes even before the very first time I wear them.

You bet I do! :P As soon as I get back from shopping, I will snip those tags. I still keep them for a bit though in case I might need them to exchange the item(s) if need be.

I only remove them if the particular tag is irritating me. Some do some don't. I have had one instance where a person tried to remove a tag for me. This tag was on the outside of a pair of jeans right above my butt. I was standing outside talking to a couple of guys when I feel a tugging on my pants. I whirl around like WTF?!? and there is this guy trying to take this tag off. I'm like you have no business pulling anything off of me, what are you doing? He goes "Well I saw the tag and I was just trying to help you out." Yeah right. I reply to him "How did you know I didn't want it there? Next time before you do anything like that you should ask someone first. That is a very personal area anyway, you don't just go reaching to pull stuff off of a person's butt!!!" I know this really doesn't have to do with your post, but it brought back the memory and I just had to tell this story.

omg thats too funny,i remove that darn tag as soon as i try the clothes on and make sure they fit right first.certain cotton shirts really have those scratchy tags where i cant stand them.one time i was wearing a pair of cotton pants and they had this tag on them that was huge,but omg so darn scracthy that i ripped it off when i was at the store,i did'nt want anyone seeing me scratch my butt lol.pattie

hi, i do cut the tags which hurt me, and thats specially on the neck as there i always get itching, apart from that i donot cut tags as i am ok with them till the time they arent hurting me or causing me a problem, i have seen people actually flaunt their tags if they wearing some thing which is a designer wear. do u ? i donot as i hate wearing desingner wears.it dosent fits my pocket.

i generally leave them on. when i get hand me downs for my kids, i hate it when there is no tag on them because you cannot tell what size they are! it makes it kind of difficult to see when and if the item will fit them!

I do not cut the size tag....but if that bother me i cut it without no problem....
