The right time to sleep

Are we must have long time to sleep at night?I will got headache if my sleep time not suitable.

Eight hours a night is recommended for most people. Teenagers need even more. But some people do not need to sleep that much and still feel rested and alert the next day. If I sleep too long, like sleeping in on weekends, I feel groggy when I do get up. Everyone is different and you should sleep as long (or as little) as you need to, to feel rested.
