When I started here at mylot i never thought that i would enjoy posting a discussion or just giving a comment on something. Well here i am now though i did not have many discussions and earnings yet, i do enjoy things like starting a discussion or just simply reading and posting a comment on an existing discussion. Now my question is, what do you enjoy more, starting a discussion or just posting a comment on a discussion started by someone else?

What I enjoy about this site you learn a lot of things ..not only in cultural manners also in different kinds of thinking and level of maturity. You get to know a lot of people who really share whats happening to them in a day. And I love sharing my thoughts and participate in discussions.

At first my real motive was the earnings (honest to goodness), but i started to appreciate people here when i made my discussion about my life, something that happened to me. It was the discussion I made about my boyfriend (now ex-boyfriend) beating me. I made that discussion the morning after he beat me, i still have bruises on my neck and crying the whole time i was typing, and many people responded to it, they comforted me and sympathized, i even met a lot of women who got beaten at one point in their lives by their boyfriends and husbands. At that point I knew i really have to end the relationship, but I still loved him and it would be really hard to just give up on a 2 year relationship. And mylotters really were patient with me, they convinced me to go away and it's not healthy for me anymore. At that time too, I can't tell my daddy or my sister or my friends about it because I don't want them hating my boyfriend, so my only real comfort, and served as my friends are the people here. :-)
now i'm single, and i'm happy. thanks to the mylotters who responded to me! i owe them the happiness and peace that i have right now :-)
