What time do you sleep at night?

I am an early bird, and most of the time I sleep at around 9 or 10 pm and wake up at 5:30 or 6:30 am. I am the sort of person who will feel tired if I dont get 7-8 hours of sleep. Its great to sleep and wake up early, but its a problem for me though when I have to stay up late, like when our company is having a late night party or being out with friends...i ended up too sleepy and i cant even talk to them straight lol :D How about you?what time do you usually sleep and how many hours of sleep do you need to get energized?

hi there JowJie i do go to sleep late i usually go about 1 to 3 clock in the morning but if i am very tired about 11.30pm at night thanks for this discussion

i'm stuck on my boyfriend's schedule. he used to get home from work around 3am, so i would wait up for him most of the time and we would usually get to sleep from 5am-7am! and then we'd usually wake up around 2pm/3pm. haha. but now his schedule's 2 hours early, so we've been getting to sleep a couple hours earlier. ^^; as for me to get energized... it depends, i guess. i can function on like 4 hours of sleep, but not very well. lol. and if i get too much sleep, i feel weird. but i guess 6-8 hours is good enough for me.

It depends on my case.May be at about 12-1 i ll go to bed.ANd around 6.30-7 i ll get up .

I also sleep around 9pm. But these days, its irregular already. Because of assignments and quizzes, I sleep at around 11pm.

Hi,there! I usually sleep at 11pm or a little bit late.I don't know but that's just like the body cycle.If I sleep at 10pm,I can't really fall into sleep.I have to wait till 11pm. I get up at 6am every day and then go to work cause my company is a little bit far from my house. Sometimes when I sleep late,I feel pretty tired or sleepy the next day.I'd like to sleep longer in the morning but I can't:( Nowadays I've got much work to do so I try to sleep early at night so that I can be more energetic the next day.

Sleep is important for everyone,but does not mean that the sleeping better.Normal circumstances,sleep 7-8 hours is more appropriate in my view,to maintain good living habits,and maintain a fixed clock,and maintain an adequate number of fitness is very important and this is a lot of longevity the secret of the elderly.

I usually get up at around 6 in the morning. during exam days i get up at mostly 4 in the morning.in holidays i never get up before 7 in the morning.there are days when i have got up at even 11 am

Hi JowJie, very good to have enough sleep as it make us healthy and energetic once wake up. But I always after 12 midnight and so far never sleep before that time. For me I only need for 5 hours of sleep. And I always sleep after 12 midnight. Maybe because of aging factor, where, what time my sleep is it will goes only for 5 hours. Have your nice sleep, JowJie.

When I was young I usually sleep early between 7-8pm and wake up at 5:30-6am to prepare for school but since I got married and have kid, my earliest time of sleep is at 9pm and the latest is at 2am as I am still working part time weekdays at night until 11pm. I always ensure to have enough sleep at least 8 hours a day because this is very important and make you feel good...=)
