How to get traffic to your blog??

How to get traffic to your blog?? I heard that if we generate traffic to our site google adsense will ban us..is it true?? do we have any other options???

I don't know what you are saying is true or not. As I recall, when their is no traffic that means you cannot have any sales. Try to add me to your friends list and will share to my free traffic generating websites Thanks.
