Tendulkar was the obvious choice and everyone thought it was as good as done. But he's refused to be the team's test captain. Why do you think he took that decision

Do you know one thing ? I have read somewhere that "The time when he was the captain , was his bad time in cricket " - He himself said this in some interview . And i think he has taken the right decision - this helps him to concentrate more on his batting. His is the master blaster of India

sachin is taking good decision as refusing captaincy, he knows very well that it will be effect his carrier he would manage his name and good will , may the best player can not become best captain or best captain may not become best player that is all depend on the personality and mind set of the player and lack.
