Our company have got several customer complains. That is really a headache problem. All the departments of our company were disturbed by the customer complains. All of the quality person got very large pressure.I found most of the issues are made by our workers.I had a deep think about it.
We have many lines. Why does this line always have issues? All of the lines have similar conditions, such as inspection tools, product machine and so on.I finally found the line with bad quality control was the only line I could not pay more attention to.It's work time is from 15:30 to 23:00.But my work time is from 7:30 to 16:00.In another side, when the line's work time was from 7:00 to 15:30,I could do completely inspections.I really face a difficult choice.
One side the products need I do completely inspections, another side I can not do that.Today we have a meeting to solve the line's issues. They do give very good ideas.I think it really give much help to our quality control.
But I deeply realize the most important thing is duty.If the workers don't have strong duty, all the quality controls are oral things.
Do you agree with my view?what is very important thing to a company in your mind?
Thank you very much for your view in advance.

I agree. When the jobs are not available easily, some companies offer job on certain terms and conditions. Just then, one accepts all the conditions and start working for a company. As soon as they acquire the skill,, they set their eyes on greener pasture, forgetting the foundation itself. The question of loyalty comes. Assuming that is the way of life, come to working atmsophee. The interest, dedication and duty consciousness disappaear after sometime. Careless attitude caves in. It is because one is confident of getting the job elsewhere. This attitude should be removed from the minds. If you do not wish to work for the company, say so and get lost. If you want to work, one should be dedicated, loyal, effective and efficient.
Customer satisfaction is most important, that does not mean you should be at the service of a customer all the time. Whatever specification of the product is given, if customer is not able to realise that specification, then it is the bounded duty of the company officials to set it right rully or give complete replacement.
There is a definite commitment on the part of each and every worker.

At the outset, let me thank you for giving my response a BR.
In any company, there is what is called as in-house culture. This culture ought to be practiced in a strict dicipline all the time. The culture could be:
1. Strict adherence to time discipline
2. Maintaining Schedules
3. Salary payment on time
4. System to recognize the efficient workers and reward with increment/incentive
5. Timely and periodic promotion to change the roles of each worker
6. An occasion once or twice in year to socialize - a picnic, a travel for all persons working in a firm.
7. Inner democracy - so the lowest worker should be able to contribute his thoughts to the management - in my view, they are the management gurus.
If these are followed, automatically one will fit in the frame. Those who cannot will quit.
As for humans are concerned, thee are certain things which are inborn and certain things we learn from others and some more things are enforced (through rules)
If a person is responsible and enthusiastic in his profession, all the three of the above sources are put into best use.

Hello dear yaq. I can see how upset you might have been for the customers' complaints because of the quality problem from just one same production line. You are right that it is very important for one to be responsible for the work that he is doing. Otherwise there will be more troubles coming in to get you bothered. I hope that you could well manage them and educate the workers on the first production line, which is of great importance. As you know, quality products win the customers, without which business is difficult to go on with. Thanks for your concern with your firm. You are a nice staff in the firm. Keep that up, my dear buddy.

Thanks a lot,my dearest friend.
I have worked for almost 24 hours, beacuse the equipment have lost action. It is really bad.To be the worst, the workers have known the detail information and told it to our QC.But the QC did not tell me the important information.I was too angry. But I reminded myself angering has no action to the things.
Now I have a deep thinking about this.Probably I didn't do my work more carefully and completely. We must check all the things in a detail way.For instance, make a poke yoke , let the workers check all the master samples and write it down. Also I must pay more attention to the working and process control.
According to this thing,I have known it is very important to deal the relation among the departments.
However,I must give my best wishes to you ,my dearest friend.Don't like me.
