how to balance your job and your family

my husband is a middle school teacher ,he is very busy with his work, he always complaints that i don't take good care of my family,but i am busy with my work too,everyday i have lots of things to do,so do you have good ideas how to balance them ?

Well in that case you really need to balance specially if you have kids. YOu have to work out your time schedules for you to fulfill your responsibilities for the day. I organise everything before I sit infront of the computer, I make sure everything is done and the kids have their meals ready then I can continue what im doing and I do that constantly everyday.

my baby is 3years old ,after kindergarten, she just wants me to play with her all the time even when i am busy with the housework, i am very tired everyday.

This is really normal for most couples. It's been a problem since then. You can balance everything. In this way, you can talk with your hubby. Then, manage to arrange your schedules. And find a common time for you both to spend time together. Also, don't forget your duties at home. And that, they are the reasons why you work. Be inspired.

thanks for your respondence,it is a little difficult to communicate with my husband,he has a very bad temper,but i know that he loves me and our family .
