The most tiring to do is to listen all of the things my aunt asks me to do. Grr. Most expensive thing is to... sleep. Grr. Especially when you need it most. I agree with you, trus is so hard to gain. It is indeed painful to lose someone. Easiest escape for me would be staying in MY WORLD. most challenging for me is to be brave when you know that things seem to be uncertain. The bravest thing to do is to believe. Effective solution is indeed prayer. :)

The most tiring to do? To wait around, alone, doing absolutely nothing, for long periods. The most expensive? I am not sure what exactly this says about me, but I would say complete happiness, or complete contentment in one's life. The hardest to regain? In others: trust, respect. In myself: confidence. The most painful? Insightful loss... the losses that hit the hardest are the ones that happen the most unexpectedly. The easiest escape? This may sound weird, but I've always found laziness easy to escape because I always need to be doing... something. The most challenging? Fear, especially when it's triggered by emotion. The bravest thing to do? To be yourself and follow your own heart in the face of major adversity. The most effective solution? To be able to have someone by your side (not necessarily in a romantic way) who understands. An equal give-and-take relationship... oh, and faith.
