Prime Minister still in denial over climate change?

On the environment, Mr Latham said the western world enjoys the trappings of an industrialised society that heavily contributes to pollution and is in no position to tell third world countries how to behave.

there is some serious neglect going on here, this is clearly the most important topic right now and it shouldnt even be argued. i dont understand how he can still be in denial about it.
