I don't smoke. I have never had the desire to smoke. But everyone I know does. And this subject is always so touchy with people. I honestly don't care if you smoke or not. thats your choice. If you choice to smoke pollute your lungs, possibly get cancer than fine. But when you decide to smoke around me and make that decision for me than you have gone to far. You can smoke in public all you want but be courtoues of others around you. just because you enjoy smoking and the way you smell afterwards doesn't mean that i do. I don't think smoking should be allowed in resturants not even in a smokers section. Bars fine who cares that's what a bar is for. Okay that's all.

When I was a smoker I said that smoking should be allowed any and everywhere. Now that I have a preemie who can't be around even residual smoke (smoke on someone's clothes) I think that it should be allowed away from other people and in bars and places that kids can't go.

I don't think smoking should be allowed in any public area because second hand smoke kills too. One person can smoke and contaminate the air for 20 or 30 people. There should be smoking lounges created for smokers. There should also be special areas at our workplaces for smokers to go. I think smokers are killing themselves and all of the people around them. No offense, but smokers shouldn't smoke in public!!!

I think that in bars yes... but in other buildings NO... but outside I think that when you are outside you should be able to light up if you want. I do not like sitting in a restaurant and have smoke coming at me... but hey when you are outside there should be no limitations. And yes I am a smoker myself.

If you ask me id say of course not. Aside from the fact that it causes you physical illnesses, you are simultaneously taking part of an international polluting company. in addition, more people will be harmed.
Give me e plus ok? Thanks.

I am a smoker who believes that some restrictions are necessary, but the witch hunt we are now experiencing is OUT OF CONTROL! Can we exercise some common sense in this country? Outlaw smoking in restaurants, OK...but outlaw smoking in bars? TOO FAR! Give the bar owners the choice to allow smoking or not, and the patrons the choice to go there or not. Bars in our area who have been restricted are being forced out of business because patrons are choosing to drive to a different jurisdiction. GET A GRIP!
