I have one thing in my mind,a person really has to study well and hard to come up in life? Now a days, there are many people who are not educated or even not attended primary education has come upin life with their natural inteligence and hard work and are more sucessful in their ventures.
I know and agree that education gives us knowledge, exposure and all,but when observed with our education systems and the practices, i feel that they are not giving confidence for the people to take challenges, risk taking abilities in day to day life.
When observed a person who is doing apetty business or living on his own is having more courage, confidence on his future than a person who is educated enough and employed in organisations.what dou say on this?

I agree that we really need to be educated. We need to go to school to acquire knowledge and some things. But the school does not teach us what is it really in the real world that is why there are still so many academic achievers who are not successful in their career. Financial literacy and other stuff should really be learned outside the school and depending on the person. Real world experience will be a real help to achieve what one wants.

I think if you are looking at a normal conventional job it is necessary to be educated in it. But for those who are not. They have to find another way to be able to make money. I believe those people who aren't educated are more likely to start up business' than educated people. because the educated have nice jobs and get paid good. but those other people what they make at there job just isn't enough to pay the bills. so they look for better ways of making money.

I think a certain amount of education if necessary of course but I have read about a lot of school drop outs becoming very successful in business and very rich so I guess it just really takes a little education and a lot of passion for what you have to offer the world...

Both yes or No!!!!
basically to me it is necessary to counsel a guy/gal in his/her little age !!! By which u will be able to know in which topic he/she is interested !!! Now give him/her education in that particular topic !!!
For an example ... from childhood I was interested in mathematics but I had to learn History, geography too ... verbal education of extra topic are okay may be .. but no need of formal training for them ie. the topic out of interest!!

My answer is YES for one thing in your mind, about a person really has to study well and hard to come up in life. I have no objection with this issue and it is called as Academic Achievement.
For those people who are not well educated or even not attended primary education has come spin life with their natural intelligence and hard work and are more successful in their ventures, because they are creative and innovative and well being to be in the right time at the right place. The opportunity, so called. Academic learning does not provide changing attitude in human life.
Most students there are more employee-minded person, and hard to change this kind of attitude and always like for people but never think to work for themselves. Matter-of-fact their keenness goes for a secured monthly earning and with their own reason to help family. This kind of weak reason will jeopardize the whole generation and community.
We have to change the scenario, where graduates have to create job opportunity. And we cannot blame our academic learning system as it objective is to provide and promote academic learning level of achievement to the people in each country.
The major failure came from graduates attitude not to take challenges in open opportunities in many areas. The one concept is "help ourself, once fulled and help others". We can refer to many previous journals of invention and the industrialization world; either westernism, europeanism or easternism.
Most of the inventors came from scrap life. They wanted to change their life fate and to have their ambitious satisfactions. They were highly confident that success will the result after several attemptions. And they industrialized the whole set of inventions.
Once industrialization successfully done, means business opportunities creation in good progress. So business learning is actually through experience learning and academic learning is the ingredient of it that can support the physical or conventional business to make progress in business growth.
Just like on mylot, to make posting or response need our life experiences and to accomplish we have to had an academic learning to type those alphabets and numerical. Without academic learning, we cannot proceed successfully. And must be creative in ideas' creation, innovative as well, where innovation is to be different from others. Innovation means; create new, the extension from the existence, duplication and synthesis.
But if only with academic learning, without our life experience, we have to only read others discussion. And self-confident must hold in ourself to proceed with posting discussion or responding. And the skills, efficiency and proficiency will be gaining in ourself after several attempts shown on our user rating or number of postings.
Thats all from me about the inter-related between academic learning achievement and business learning achievement.

education is still important. but schools dont teach financial literacy though...people should be willing to learn more about it by reading books, learning from people who were managed to get financially free, and such. it is especially important nowadays that life is much harder unlike before.
also,it doesnt mean that when we graduate from university, get an mba or phd, we will be rich and successful in the end. there are many factors to consider...personality of the person (i know some people who are smart but cant get a job, just because they dont dress well, dont speak well, the sort), determination, attitude (very important!), hard work, and others. i think these are qualities that some non-graduates have that make them successful in life.
just imagine an educated person who has all these qualities...he will go a long way!
