the death penalty is so often viewed and judged based on a religious point of view vs a society piont of view. even then we think new testament (living under grace, forgivence)and the old testament (an eye for and eye, or if your eye cause you to sin you gould it out)
SO what do you think?
Do we think about society and think why should we feed and support those that turn on society?
giveing them better sevices and opportunities then our working class law abidding citizens.
or do we think Religion 1, there crime took lifes, harmed families that have to suffer generation after generation
an eye for an eye?
or Religion 2 Who are we to decide someone's life? we have no right to take another's (two wrongs don't make a right.)

i think the choice of two should be dependant upon the charge..i mean if the charge is such tyhat he is directly responsible for the crime. I feel what he fears most should be given to him..if he fears to die..then kill him..or if he doesnt fear to die..and wishes to end life in single blow rather than to die bits by bits..then give him life imprisonment

It would be life imprisonment for me, I have stciked with this thought/idea eversince. I don't go by the law of MEN, I prefer to follow the law of God when it comes to this issues. It is life we are talking about here, that we are also not the one's who should lay on judgement on whether to end an individual's life.
Yes, it is society that dictates most of our decisiions. Even individual decisions are affected by these so-called society, that we don't have any right at all to decided for ourselves without being judged or dictated by people..
