Visayas was subject for redicule before but now no more.

I am waray-waray and i 'm proud to be one. During my early years here in Manila (20 years ago)i was really a subject of redicule especially in my work. They always laugh at my slip of my boneless tongue. And i actually admit it. But for so long now, that i am already in the academe, finally came our time to be the subject of awe and inspirations. Because in two consecutive years, visayas especially Samar and Leyte topped the NAT or National Achievement Test. In my work, my heart and ears clap everytime i hear those praises. Now, we are subject of redicule no more, but they now (educators) look up at us because of this. At the end of the day, i cn now say, I'm proud to be a visayan. Friends you can comment on this.
