Well i think to complete work u need t be sincere, it comes from the birth, u cant devlope it. To achieve some heights to need to be sincere towards wat u do, for example i started to learn typing 6 months back and still i m on teh 1 lesson itself out of 12, so i thought the problem i s desire and sincereity towards my work, its not easy for everbody to be active and hard working. well i m one of them
