How much per reply?

I am very new to this and was wondering if the amount you receive per reply goes up when you have a higher post count?

We have been told the pay system is very complicated so I can't say exactly how the pay system works, I just work on getting one point for everything and if i get more then I think I am lucky, have fun it gets easier as you go along....
