I wouldn't suggest diet pills, but a daily multivitamin, yes. Also, cut out sugars as much as possible. And try switching to whole wheat flour, whole grain pastas and cereals, wheat bread, and stop drinking soda, if you do. I lost over 30 lbs now just from cutting out soda from my diet, and switching to wheat flour and whole grain pasta and cereal, and wheat bread. Im a carb addict, so that was the best I could do, I couldn't cut out carbs completely. Also, I walk everyday with my daugher who is 2. Good Luck!

i've tried Zen de Shou. It's proven to be effective on the first week of taking the capsules.

hey hun,
i know u ask about diet pills, and i know for a fact you dont wanna hear "just diet and exercise" F THAT!
the best diet pill that worked for me was Hydroxycut and cortislim.
They both curved my appetite
