How to get rid of mice?

If you had mice in your apartment because of the people next door how do you get rid of the mice in your apartment?

get a cat.if the cat doesnt work get a rat trap.if it doesnt work get a rat pellet.if it doesnt work post a rat eviction notice in their little door.hehehe
