how aboout you ?is it a dangerous thing ,when I was at class I always want to sleep,my GOD

Sounds normal to me, lol!
You hear the teacher talking and it does not get your interest, then you get tired.
So, you accually answered your own question.
It is not dangerous, because now you know what to do.
When you want to go to sleep, think about that class.
Then you will have no more problems falling asleep. lol.
Read the books, you get in that class. It will help , beleave me. And you will get goed grades because of it. Even though it does not really interest you. LOL.

Exercise definitely. As long as you don't do it too close to when you want to sleep, like, an hour or two before, do light exercise naturally you will work yourself tired (try and get some exercises appropriate to you too) and want to sleep.

Yep, I heard that too. I think its really working.. I dont do strenuous exercise but if you sweat a little bit that's when you give your body the burn before you sleep...
I think you can do some simple sit-ups to just get you to sleep well and do something else on the following night.
By the way are you practicing it too?
I feel like sleep will deprive me of more productive and fun things to do..So I dont sleep that long..

Why do you not able to sleep well. You should diagnose it by your own self. Is it due to shortage of blood shortage? Do you feel fear, stress, or depression? Some thing wrong in digested system also cause to not allow a person to sleep well. Not sleeping is not well for mental as well as for physical health. You should immediately rush to doctor to solve your problem.

Don't worry!There are several reasons for your problem.Maybe you find no interest in your class,or do you often fell tired in daytime?If so,i suggest you'd better have a realx for a few days.Only when you feel loveing class and full of energy,the problem can be solved,my friend.

I think doing some excercise after class will be helpful to you! Have a try and it will give you a full-day energy!
