how to get to sleep well ???

There are a few causes which do not allow you to sleep well. Some thing may be wrong in your digested system. Remember what you had eaten in day time. If the eaten stuff is not digestible then it may cause to disturb your asleep. If you had taken tea or coffee, it may also cause to run away you asleep. If you are feeling stress, fear, and nervous break down. This may also cause to not make you sleep. If you have changed the sleeping place. This may also cause to prevent you from sleeping. If your bed is not comfortable, this may also stop you to sleep well. Now it is up to you to diagnose the about the reason which not allowing you to sleep well. Otherwise you should rush to a Doctor to rectify your problem.

Before sleeping try to make sure there will be no disturbances that will cause your early waking up. If you’re thinking lots of things you need to drop all those believe me I experience it before. I almost tried to take sleeping pills but I think it won’t work.

Best solution for your problem is practicing yoga or mediation.Take bath daily and use some good natural or ayurvedic hair oil.It makes your head cool and you will get good sleep.

If I have serious trouble sleeping, I take sleeping medicine. It helps a lot, if you're on the right stuff & helps you get a good night's sleep. Organic, over-the-counter stuff can help too.
Otherwise, try to rest & relax, putting all your worries out of your mind. You might cover your eyes with the blankets, or play music if it helps you relax.

oh i know that drink some honey water will help sleep well ,you can do some exercises befor sleep and go to sleep when you feel tired ,i always do this ,maybe you can have a cup of milk ,it's usefull or you can count number ,one two three four ....just count ,don't think about any thing .don't eat medicine ,but our chinese medical is more better for body ,you can try ,good luck

I heard from somewhere that you should never bring your work or school stuff in your place of sleep as your mind would still be active unless you're really worn out. A regular sleeping time helps too.
