Rooney is set to miss out 4 weeks after picking a calf injury during a training session. With him in such a tremendous form it is definitely a big blow to united.
but with saha coming back & some easy fixture coming i think it should not bother united

I think this is a tremendous blow for him and United. Rooney and Tevez were just beginning to gel together as a great attacking force and now this. This might just jolt Sir Alex's calculation a bit. But off the 4 weeks two weeks are out for international duty and Carling Cup matches, so from the EPL perspective it is only two weeks that we are looking at.
It would be interesting to see Man U take on the red hot Blackburn this weekend.
Cheers!

As an ardent Gunner fan, the news of this injury is actually good news, because this is a danger man in the Man. U side, with him out of the way, we shall have peace in our defence-I dont mean this personally to Whyne, but a fit Rooney is a terror to any team in the world and am not that man who enjoys his threats upon the Arsenal defence
