anyone know if I can use these parts together?

I have a tower with an AMD Athlon 1Ghz CPU, I want to know if I can use any of the following parts to get it working, the original hard drive had XP installed but it is too damaged to work. I have: ATI 3D Rage Pro Turbo Nvidia TNT2 2GB Hard Drive (windows 2000) 3 x 64mb pc100 RAM would these parts work together and would I have to flash BIOS to get windows 2000 working?
